That’s why we’re excited to share that we’ve opened a new office in Wellesley to support our MetroWest families even more closely.
Closer to the Metrowest Families We Serve
Our Wellesley office joins our main office in Norwell, giving the MetroWest region its own local home base. While our commitment to our clients here isn’t new, having a team right in the neighborhood means more face-to-face connection, quicker support, and a deeper understanding of the communities we serve.
Ian Lawson, a Director at North River Home Care, will be based in Wellesley along with a dedicated Care Advisor and our support staff. Whether you’re a longtime client with a question about your loved one’s care, or a family just beginning to explore your options, there’s now a friendly, familiar team just down the road.
Stronger Connections with Our Community Partners
Great care is always a team effort. Across the MetroWest, we work alongside assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, and other trusted professionals who share our commitment to helping older adults live well. Having a local office means we can be more present for these partners, whether that’s meeting in person, coordinating care more closely, or simply being a familiar resource just around the corner.

Local Personal Guidance When You Need It
Our Care Advisors are often the first people families meet in person. They visit your home, listen to what matters most to you and your loved one, and help create a care plan that fits. Our in-home assessment is always free, with no cost or obligation, and it stays valid for up to six months so you can plan at your own pace.
With a Care Advisor now working out of Wellesley, MetroWest families can connect with us more easily and get to know the people behind their care.
A Home Base for Our Metrowest Caregivers
As we continue to grow, the Wellesley office also gives us a local home base for our caregiver team, a place where we can meet, train, and support caregivers right in their own community.
Our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. Having a nearby office means MetroWest caregivers can stop in, connect with our team, and feel supported every step of the way. It also helps us welcome new caregivers who live and work in the same towns as the families they care for.
