Each year, Activated Insights® collects thousands of satisfaction surveys from clients, their families, and care professionals across the country. The results are analyzed and compared against other agencies in each geographic region, and only those who meet rigorous benchmarks qualify for recognition.
To qualify, agencies must maintain consistently high Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) scores, complete a minimum number of verified surveys, and demonstrate sustained performance over time – not just a good month or two. These are standards designed to identify agencies that deliver quality consistently, not just occasionally.

North River Home Care has been serving families on the South Shore and MetroWest regions of Massachusetts since 2007. From the very beginning, our foundation has been family: the families we serve, and the family-centered values that guide every decision we make as an organization.
